What are the opening hours?
On-site or video-call meetings are always by appointment.
Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 6.30 pm.
Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm.
Sunday – Closed.

What is the price range of services?
Bespoke Jewelry – Medium-high to high price services.

How long does it take to make an engagement ring?
About 1 month to 1 ½ months. Time that may fluctuate depending on high/low season, production flow and speed of mutual responses.

Do you sell online?
Orders for bespoke jewelry as well as contacts and meetings can be handled online, via email, WhatsApp and skype.
Our online store only sells jewelry from our special collections.

Do you ship by mail? National or international?
We send final orders and samples by mail via CTT-registered. If you need express service, we can ship via EMS (CTT) or DHL. Postage is always at the expense of the customer.
​We are not responsible, in these cases, for losses, misplacements, or delays caused by delivery services. We carry out national and international shipments.

Do you have a catalog?
We don’t have a catalog. In addition to our online store, on our Stories tab and on our Instagram we have a portfolio of designs already created for other customers.

If I have questions about the Custom Made Process and/or Quotes, can I schedule a meeting?
After analyzing our customers’ requests, we prepare an initial quote proposal.
We like to present this proposal in a face-to-face meeting, in our studio, or via video call, so that we can show some examples and answer any doubts or questions the clients may have, helping them make decisions regarding the project.

After this meeting, the quote proposal may be adjusted according to specific decisions made.

What is the payment method for bespoke jewelry?
Payment is usually made by bank transfer. Payment should be done in two phases, 50% when placing the order and 50% at the time of shipment or delivery. The payment phases can be adjusted between both parties depending on the type of order.

What is the reason for asking for the payment of 50% of the final quote, when formalizing the request?
To formalize the order, and to ensure that we begin the design and production of the jewelry pieces, customers must pay 50% of the final quote.

As these projects are custom-made for our clients, payment of 50% is essential to ensure our design hours in creating something new and the investment in precious materials for the production of the jewelry pieces.

Will I be able to have access to the design, 3D tests and make adjustments before moving forward with production?
During the design process, we make digital and artistic drawings that we send to customers so they can see, correct and adjust some details together with us.
For us, it is essential to work collaboratively with our clients and receive feedback during the process, so that the final result mirrors what they have always dreamed of.

When ordering Exclusive Jewelry, there may or may not be a need to make physical prototypes and it is at this stage that clients can try on and/or see 3D printed models; otherwise, the final closed design will be sent for approval.

As soon as everything is approved, we begin the final production.
