To repair a jewel, contact us through our email geral@leaojewellery.com
LEAO only sells jewelry in perfect condition, that are previously verified. If, exceptionally, you receive a defective jewel, please contact us.

 

Customer Complaints
We try to answer all customer complaints or doubts within a maximum of 5 working days.

LEAO also has an Electronic Complaints Book. You can submit your complaint at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
