WHAT DOES LEAO CONTEMPORARY JEWELLERY® CHARGE FOR SHIPPING AN ORDER?
The shipping cost of the products (shown on the website) to Portugal is 7€, for other countries in Europe the cost is 14€ and for outside Europe the cost will vary accordingly with the service to ship the piece (we price it in a base of 14€ but the rest, if needed, will be charged when shipping). Special commissions work the same way.
HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Although there is some stock, most of the items are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks on all orders and we will try our best to ship it as soon as the item is ready. Please note that when shipping outside Portugal the delivery time will vary, depending on country. Please allow additional time for shipments to PO Boxes and military addresses.
IF I ORDER A PIECE BETWEEN THE 20TH AND THE 31ST JANUARY WHEN WOULD I RECEIVE IT?
Once we have a limited stock of each piece, If you order something between the 20th December and the 31st of January your order might only arrive between the first and the second week of January due to our staff holidays. Contact the brand to get more details in case you want to order some pieces between these dates.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS READY?
As soon as your order is ready and dispatched you will be notified by email with a tracking number.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY SHIPPING?
Please contact the brand if your order is urgent and everything will be done to accommodate it.
CAN I RETURN/EXHANGE A PIECE OR GET A REFUND?
We work hard to ensure that we always get your order right the first time. Returns are not available, only refunds or exchanges. All purchases are final, but in case of any unforeseen issues please contact the team. UNFORESEEN ISSUES: - If the piece, arriving by post, is broken/damaged. HOW TO BE REFUNDED/GET A NEW ITEM? 1. All the mail is registered so the brand knows when the products arrive to the costumers; costumers must send an email to the brand with a picture of the broken/damaged piece within the 48 hours of reception; 2. Return the damaged piece to the brand (check the address in “Contacts”). Please send the Post Office’s receipt to the brand so you can be refunded on this extra cost; AFTER THE BRAND RECEIVE THE DAMAGED PIECE: 3. If you would like a new piece, we will send you a new one without any extra costs; 4. If you would like to be refunded, please send your bank details at the same time you return the damaged piece.
AFTER SOME TIME OF USE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS WITH MY PIECE CAN IT BE REPAIRED?
It is from the responsibility of the client to take good care of the pieces. All repairs will be charged accordingly to the work each piece needs.
CAN DESIGN/COLOURS/SHAPE OF AN ITEM BE ADAPTED?
Yes. All the items can be adapted but there will be an extra cost. In these specific cases contact the brand to give more details of what you are looking for and to get a quote.

Are all products for sale?
LEAO Contemporary Jewellery is an emmergent brand, as so, the website and the collections are in constant update and improvement. Due to this, some products, marked with "(Not available yet)" or "€0.00", are just part of the showcase of what LEAO Contemporary Jewellery does and in the future will be available for purchase and displayed in a more effective way. Although, if there is any product that is not for sale that you want to buy, get in contact with us and will do everything we can to fulfill your needs. Sorry for any inconvinience.
HOW CAN I ORDER A PIECE IF I DON’T HAVE A CREDIT CARD?
In this case, you can email the brand with the details of the piece you want to order (and your Invoice+Delivery address) and ask for the brand’s bank details to make a bank transfer. Once the bank transfer is done the brand will send a confirmation of the payment and your piece will be sent to you in the normal shipping time.

All the personal data of our clientes is kept private and safe, it is used only for billing purposes and shipping of products. To make sure that are no third parties interfering the website is protected by an SSL Certificate (typically, SSL is used to secure credit card transactions, data transfer and logins, and more recently is becoming the norm when securing browsing of social media sites).
